Service design projects carry businesses through a problem-solving process rooted in design thinking — a five-stage process comprising discovering the problem space, defining the problem, ideation, prototyping and testing solutions, and finally implementation. This process isn’t run through just once, but repeated multiple times, and as quickly as possible, in order to reach the best possible outcome.
